3 Day Introduction Course
Course Duration:
This is a 3 day course and you must be able to attend all 3 days. The timings of each day will be 08:45AM- 4:30PM.
Course Details:
A basic introduction to gain or to refresh your skills, for use in the world of refrigeration and air-con. Experienced tutors will deliver a course with competence and will provide you with the knowledge to apply successfully in the work area. A great way to appreciate F-Gas and a pre requisite to the main 5 day course.. All equipment supplied.
Pre Requisites:
Desirable to have good practical working knowledge of different soldering and brazing methods.
5 Day Main Course Level 3
(F-GAS category 1-4)
Course Duration:
This is a 5 day course and you must be able to attend all 5 days. The timings of each day will be 08:45AM- 4:30PM.
Course Details:
This 5 day F-Gas course is split into understanding the different theoretical elements and completing a practical assessment. The course will provide candidates with an understanding of thermodynamics, environmental issues, working practices and alternative future refrigerants. This is a Level 3 Qualification covering F-Gas categories 1 to 4. This enables the candidate to work in the sector and in all disciplines.
Pre Requisites:
All learners must have a good practical working knowledge of different soldering and brazing methods to undertake this type of work. F-Gas Introduction Course is also a suitable pre-requisite.

Service Course for
F-Gas operative (1 Day)
Course Duration:
This is a 1 day course. The course will run from 08:45AM - 4:30PM.
Course Details:
This course is designed for those keen to understand the requirements regarding servicing and basic diagnostic for F-Gas equipment. The day will cover how to directly and indirectly test equipment for planned maintenance and complete service logs as required by law. Waste transfer information and legalities are also covered.
Pre Requisites:
F Gas - 8 Day Course - Introduction and Level 3
(F-GAS category 1-4)
The two courses combined for F-Gas for those with limited knowledge or no pre requisite. The 8 days are broken down into three days of introductory tuition and five days focused on the qualification.
Desirable to have good practical working knowledge of different soldering and brazing methods.
A discount can be applied for this course as an 8 day event.
